Shipping Information
At Fjordwell, we are committed to delivering your products quickly and securely. Below are our shipping policies:
Order Processing: Orders placed before 14:00 (CET) will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Times:
Mainland Spain: Estimated delivery in 24-48 hours.
Balearic & Canary Islands: Estimated delivery in 24-72 hours.

Returns Policy
At Fjordwell, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return policy:
Return Period: You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Return Conditions:
Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Returns of products that have been opened or used will not be accepted unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Return Process:
Contact Us: Send an email to our customer service team at info@fjordwell.com, including your order number and reason for the return.
Instructions: We will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Return Shipment: You will need to send the product to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure correct delivery.
Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is for other reasons, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds:
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the corresponding refund.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase and may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Order Modifications: If you wish to modify your order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible at info@fjordwell.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this time, the order may have already been processed and shipped.
